我国物流立法的现状与发展

物流产业的发展需要法制．我国物流业起步较晚。应吸收其他国家先进的经验在更高的起点上发展。物流方面的法律法规从内容和行业管理上分散于其他法律、法规中。在不同时期、由不同部门针对不同问题制定的，形成多头而分散的局面．呈现出杂乱无章的状态。缺乏物流行业系统专门的法律规定。我国加入WTO以后物流国际化发展的需要，急需出台适应我国经济发展的《物流法》。
