从供应链的构建模式谈供应链的协调

随着现代管理科学的发展，供应链管理作为价值链在空间上的前后延伸成为企业整合其竞争能力的重要内容。而供应链的失调是导致供应链管理失败的重要原因。本文分析了传统供应链管理失调的主要表现并从其构建模式出发讨论了失调的原因，进而提出了以核心企业为基础的新的供应链模式及新模式下供应链的协调。

The Coordination of Supply Chain Based on its Construction Model

Along with the development of modern management, supply chain management, which extends the space of value chain management, becomes increasingly important for a business to construct its overall competitive ability. However, maladjustment is an important reason leading to the failure of supply chain management. This text analyzed the main symptom of maladjustment in traditional supply chain management, discussed the reason from its construction model, and then put forward a new supply chain model based on the existance of core enterprise and the coordination under the new model.
