| 摘 要： | 企业破产不仅涉及到企业本身的问题,更重要的是直接影响到失业职工的基本生活来源、影响到社会的安定.因此,本文分析了破产企业职工在社会救济方面所面临的法律问题,随后进一步提出了解决问题的方法.
