基于价值链理论的物流园区建设的现状分析

供应链一体化管理是企业竞争力的主要标志，只有降低供应链的总成本，降低库存的总量，增强信息共享才能提高企业的竞争力。要做到这一点就必须对现有资源进行整合，而物流园区就是能够有效实现资源整合，进行一体化管理的最佳载体。文章首先介绍了物流园区的概念，结合波特的价值链理论指出了物流园区建设的意义，然后在此基础上分析了我国物流园区建设的现状，指出我国物流园区建设还存在对物流园区的涵义不够明确、园区建设不能与实际需求相结合、盲目建设．园区之间缺少必要的协调以及相关政策落实不到位等问题，最后针对这些问题提了四点举措。

Analysis the Status Quo of Logistics Park Construction Based on the Value Chain Theory

Integration of supply chain management is the major sign of competitiveness of enterprses.Only reducing the total cost of the supply chain,cutting down the total inventory and enhancing information sharing can improve the competitiveness of enterprises.To achieve this,it is necessary to integrate exsisting resources.Logistics park is just the best carrier which can implementation integration of resourecs effectively and carry the integrated management.Firstly,this paper introduces the conception of the logistics park and points out the significance of the logistics park construction combinding with the Porter's value chain theory.Then,analyses the status quo of the logistics park construction in China and finds some questions about the construction of logistics prark,such as,lacking of the clarity meaning of the logistics park,lacking of combination of the park constuction and actual demand,unchecked construction,lacking of the necessary coordination between parks and related policies are implemented not in place and so on.In the end,this paper gives four measures to these questions.
