| 摘 要： | 我国物流教育起步较晚，尤其是军事物流教育起步更晚，军事物流人才培养与现代军事物流的发展存在较大的差距，远远不能满足对军事物流人才的需要。文章分析了军事物流人才需求，探讨了军事物流人才培养模式，提出实施军事物流人才培养的途径。
