| 摘 要： | 我国正处于一个社会化转型的关键时期,产业结构升级迫在眉睫,尤其是服务业的比重近年来不断上升,这就说明了服务的重要性越来越突出。而作为生产者服务业的物流在近年来也呈现上升趋势。文章通过对相关物流概念整合,逐步探讨物流服务创新过程和方式,包括战略、运作、设计等。文章创新点在于结合共生理论与Voss的基本观点,提出了物流服务的过程创新模型。

| Abstract: | China is in a crucial period of a social transformation, industrial structure upgrade imminent, especially the service industry proportion is rising continuously in recent years, which shows the importance of service is more and more outstanding. And as the producer service industry, logistics in recent years also showed a rising trend. Through the integration of the concept of logistics, gradually explore the logistics service innovation process and method, including strategy, operation, design, etc. The article innovation spot lies in combining the symbiosis theory and the basic point of Voss, and puts forward the process model of logistics service innovation. |
