| 摘 要： | 大学如何培养出满足社会需求的具有创新能力的应甩型人才成为一个亟待解决的问题。课题组通过研究和实践。在教学中采用多元教学法这一新型的教学模式。可以很好的使学生即从理论上掌握知识又从实践方面培养了能力。所以．采用多元教学法的教学模式是一个与社会要求相适应的人才培养方式。
