| 摘 要： | 通过对卷烟出库历史数据的ABC分析,提出了一种基于ABC分类的确定各个品种卷烟库存量的方法,并给出了实际的应用案例。使用结果表明,利用该种方法,在降低各个卷烟品种库存量、减少库存空间占用、加快卷烟出入库速度等方面取得了较好的运用效果。

| Abstract: | Through the ABC analysis of historical data of cigarette distribution center,it suggests a method of determining every kind of cigarette stock based on ABC classification and gives a practical application case.The results showed that the use of the methods has decreased the cigarette stock and space occupation,and has increased efficiency of storage operation. |
