| 摘 要： | 猪肉供应链管理研究已成为学术研究的热点问题之一。引起国内外学者的普遍关注。作者从概念、特征与作用，合作伙伴的选择、竞合与行为，以及运行效率与绩效等方面系统梳理了近年来国内学术界关于猪肉供应链管理的研究进展，提出了猪肉供应链管理研究的若干前瞻性问题。

| Abstract: | The research of pork supply chain management has become one of hot issues in academic studies, which causes general concerns to scholars domestic and overseas. On the basis of summarizing the total research situation, this paper systematically outlines the research process on perk supply chain management in China, from the aspects of definitions, characteristics and functions, and partners selection, partners coopetition and behaviour, as well as operation efficiency and performances etc., and proposes many prospective issues of pork supply chain management for future research. |
