| 摘 要： | 产品及供应链活动的准确、及时的可追溯已成为影响食品和农业综合企业健康发展的一个新因素。本文主要讨论了农业食品供应链及其可追溯性的概念，可追溯系统的目的要求、类型和架构，用于可追溯系统的技术及其发展。同时，举文指出了有待后续研究的两个问题。

| Abstract: | The accurate and timely traceability of products and activities in the supply chain has become a new factor in food and agribusiness. This paper discusses mainly the concepts of agriculture and food supply chain and its traceability, the technology used at traceability system and its development as well as the targets, requirements, types and architecture of traceability system. At the same time, this paper points out two issues that are to be studied in the future. |
