| 摘 要： | 物流业的快速发展,需要大量的人才,尤其是需要应用型物流人才。作为为区域经济社会发展服务的应用型本科院校,如何培养出应用型物流人才,研究其人才培养途径是关键。从应用型本科院校物流管理专业人才培养的目标定位着手,分析了应用型本科院校物流管理专业人才培养的途径,并探讨了其实施的质量保障措施。

| Abstract: | As the rapid development of the logistics industry,it needs many talents,particularly the applied logistics talents.The application-oriented college which services for regional economic and social development,how to cultivate applied logistics talents,the study of talent cultivation is the key.This paper starts from the object location to talent cultivation of logistics management,analyses the ways to talent cultivation,and discusses the implementation of quality assurance measures. |
