| 摘 要： | ABC分类法是一种基于帕累托准则的应用广泛的实用分类方法。利用层次分析法（AHP）能够利用多准则对其进行分类的优点，又针对其易受主观因素影响的缺陷利用熵值法进行了改进，得到了对库存物资进行ABC分类的综合模型，并进行举例说明。

| Abstract: | Activity based classification is based on pareto optimum, and it is widely used. This paper applies AHP （the analytic hierarchy process） ideas and entropy method to solve the classification management of the enterprise stock. This article proposes a unified model and the correctness and practicability of this method is proved by a calculation example. |
