浅析高职院校物流专业存在的问题及解决策略

目前我国已有众多院校开设了物流管理专业,但还是没能培养出真正适合社会需要的物流人才,致使伴随每年有大量物流人才产出的同时,仍存在物流企业合格基层员工的短缺现象,究其原因主要是我们对物流专业的性质的认知、物流专业的课程设置及物流教学方法等方面都存在问题,文章仅就高职院校物流专业存在的问题进行剖析,提出解决的思路。

Analysis on the Existing Problems of Logistics Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges and Solutions

At present our country has many colleges and universities to open logistics management major, but I still can＇t produce really suitable for the need of society, the logistics personnel that accompany each year a large number of logistics talents of output at the same time, it formed a logistics enterprise the shortage of qualified junior staff, the main reason is we the cognition of the nature of the logistics profes- sional, logistics professional curriculum, and logistics problems in such aspects as teaching methods, this paper only analyzes the problems existing in the logistics professional in higher vocational colleges, puts forward the train of thought.
