基于就业力培养的物流专业课程体系优化研究

首先分析了物流业发展与物流人才培养现状,结合物流管理专业的跨学科、应用性强等显著特点,提出了物流管理就业力的能力要求,进一步明确了以提高就业力为目的的人才培养目标。通过问卷调查的方法发现课程教学实践中存在的主要问题,并依据物流就业能力培养的理念,提出了课程体系优化框架。以期为地方高等院校的物流管理专业课程教学改革研究提供理论参考,为解决实践教学面临的突出问题和挑战提供借鉴方法。

Optimized Research on Logistics Management Curriculum System Based on the Training of Professional Abilities

On the basis of the analysis on the situation of logistics industry and logistics personnel employment, combined with the characteristics of logistics management as interdisciplinary and applicability, professional abilities of logistics management is proposed. In order tn improve the undergraduates＂ abilities to be employed, the goal of talent cultivation is further defined. The teaching problems have been found according to the questionnaire. Curriculum system optimization is proposed according to idea of professional abilities. In order to provide theoretical reference and method for teaching reform of logistics management and solve the problems and challenges in teaching and practice.
