摘    要:在全球一体化的经济环境下,企业开始专注于自身的核心业务,同时对整个供应链上的资源进行整合.从而充分利用内外部资源,于是对供应链上节点企业的选择已经成为一个重要的议题。文章在分析供应链环境下合作伙伴选择评价指标的基础上,提出一种基于改进的AHP和TOPSIS算法的供应链合作伙伴选择模型,用于现代供应链中节点企业的选择评价.并经实例分析表明该方法具有一定的可行性。
