基于改进的AHP／TOPSIS算法的供应链合作伙伴评价

在全球一体化的经济环境下，企业开始专注于自身的核心业务，同时对整个供应链上的资源进行整合．从而充分利用内外部资源，于是对供应链上节点企业的选择已经成为一个重要的议题。文章在分析供应链环境下合作伙伴选择评价指标的基础上，提出一种基于改进的AHP和TOPSIS算法的供应链合作伙伴选择模型，用于现代供应链中节点企业的选择评价．并经实例分析表明该方法具有一定的可行性。
