| 摘 要： | 我国物流配送业虽经过几年的发展。取得了显著进步．但与国外相比差距还是很大。落后的物流配送体系已经成了刺约我国电子商务发展的瓶颈。因此。作者在分析了我国电子商务下的物流配送体系的发展现状的基础上．提出了建立和完善与我国电子商务相适应的电子商务物流配送体系的具体措施。
