| 摘 要： | 电子商务对物流业提出了新要求，要求物流速度快、配送范围广、反应能力强等。但是我国物流业发展存在下述问题：网络信息技术水平较低；经营观念落后、管理体制滞后；物流社会化程度低，流通企业规模小，竞争力弱。从而严重束缚我国现代物流业的发展。
