| 摘 要： | 信息共享模式问题是供应链管理研究的热点之一。文章在阐述供应链企业信息共享内容和共享范围的基础上，重点分析了供应链点对点信息共享、信息中心共享和协同决策信息共享三种模式的结构，最后对三种模式进行比较分析。
