集装箱卡车调度方法研究

摘    要:对集装箱码头的水平运输设备——集装箱卡车提出了新的调度算法、建立数学模型。该模型综合考虑桥吊的服务时间、轮胎吊的服务时间、桥吊的利用率等等因素,减少集装箱卡车的等待时间,建立集卡运输的数学模型.实验结果表明集装箱数量恒定时,新的调度算法比传统的调度算法集卡数量减少、集卡的空载率降低。

Abstract:In the paper,we present the new deployment method about the horizontal transport and equipment in the container port such as container truck and find the mathematic model which takes into consideration the serving time of quay crane and yard crane,the efficiency of quay crane and so on.The model is based on reducing waiting time in the container truck.As a result,when the number of the container is constant,the new deployment advances the old deployment in decreasing the container truck and the idle rate of the container truck.
