试论成长型物流企业规范化管理建设策略

物流企业从创业阶段进入成长阶段后，外部环境和原有的结构功能以及运营方式会产生许多不协调的地方，企业要进一步发展需要变革原有模式，重新适应内外部的变化，达到再平衡，这个阶段规范化管理建设和相应的策略选择是最重要的，文章以江苏华商物流规范化管理建设为例，探讨规范化管理建设的策略和实施方法，希望为成长型物流企业的变革提供有益的借鉴。

On Strategy of Growth Companies Standardization Management Construction --To Jiangsu Huashang Logistics Co., Ltd. as an Example

When logistics companies enter growth stage, there＇s many uncoordinated places where the external environ- ment and the original operation fall out. For tile companies futures to develop, they should change the original model in order to adapt to the changes internal and external, finally to rebalance. It is most important in this stage about standard- ization management construction and strategy selection. In this paper, to Jiangsu Huashang Logistics Co., Ltd. as an example, we investigate standardization management construction and strategy seleetion. We hope to provide useful reference for the growth logistics companies transformation.
