国际快递公司本土化策略分析

摘    要:近几年,国际快递公司在我国的快递业务一直处于高速增长状态。尤其是在我国国内市场开放以后。它们运用自身雄厚的资金与丰富的经验进行快速的本土化来抢占市场。文中在简要介绍国际快递公司在华发展的基本情况的基础上.重点分析了国际快递公司占领我国快递市场所采取的一系列本土化策略。

Abstract:In recent years,the business international express company has been in a state of rapid growth in China.Especially after the opening of China's domestic market,they use their own substantial funds and rich experience to make rapid localization to seize the market.This paper briefly introduced international express delivery companies in the development of China's basic situation,analyzed a series of localization strategy by which the international express delivery company of China's express delivery market occupied.
