| 摘 要： | 连锁经营的迅速发展对连锁经营管理人才的培养有很大的需求,加快各层次连锁经营专业人才的培养,为社会提供大量掌握现代信息技术、掌握现代商贸理论与实务的复合型人才,成为促进我国连锁经营发展的关键。本文从连锁经营的现状入手,对目前连锁经营管理专业人才培养模式存在的问题进行了分析,研究了人才培养途径。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of chain operation has great demand for chain management talents.It is the key for improving the development of chain operation to accelerate cultivation of all levels chain management talents providing society lots of compound talents with modern information technology and modern trade theory and practice.From the status quo of chain operation,this paper analyzes problems existing in the training mode of chain management talents and studies the methods of training talents. |
