| 摘 要： | 本文研究了电子商务环境下闭环供应链有两种运行模式,分别建立模型从正向和逆向物流效率指标分析评价模型的绩效,得到制造商回收模式的逆向物流效率高,满足条件IM<Δ/8λmax时,制造商的正向物流效率也更高。
