摘    要:采出液的有效处理是制约强碱三元复合驱工业化推广的瓶颈之一。针对现场试验出现的采出液乳化、油水分离困难、悬浮固体含量过高等问题进行了研究攻关,开发了新型的游离水脱除器、电脱水供电设备和电化学脱水器,实现采出液的有效处理。

Abstract:The effective treatment of the produced fluid is one of the bottlenecks restricted strong base ASP flooding's industrialization promotion.Based on the produced fluid's difficulty at emulsified and oil and water separation and high levels of suspended solids problems at on site test,the paper made the discussion and the new free water remover,electrical dehydrator and electrochemical dehydration are developed to ahieve the effective treatment of the produced fluid.
