| 摘 要： | 现阶段很多监理公司的发展陷入瓶颈甚至走进了死胡同,而业主对监理公司的管理失也逐渐失望,甚至质疑监理制度的必要性。一些监理公司不仅没有发挥应有的作用,甚至还变成了鸡肋,监理公司自身管理有待提高是其中一方面,业主加强对监理公司管理的技巧也很必要,寻求一套合适的管理模式对业主来说也至关重要。
