| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济体制改革的深入,公路交通部门在蓬勃发展,公路养护运行机制遵循着"事企分开、管养分离、科学养护、全面发展"的管理目标,逐步向市场化、社会化转变。作为基础性的档案工作,如何在发展中开展工作,不断提高服务功能是本文所研究的重点。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of economic reforms in China,road transport sector is booming,and the highway maintenance mechanism follows the management objective of "separation of institutes and enterprises,separation of management and maintenance,scienitific maintenance and overall development" and is gradually changing to a market-oriented and social style.As basic work,how to conduct archival work in development and continuously improve service function is the focus of this study. |
