钻修井作业吊卡现状分析与发展

摘    要:在钻井、修井过程中,油管起下作业所需要的时间最长,而起下管柱最主要的油田井下工具是吊卡。因此,提高吊卡的自动化程度,对提高修井作业效率,降低修井作业成本,十分重要。本文主要从油田修井作业角度,介绍当前吊卡发展的现状,并提出改进吊卡作业工艺,提高钻修井井口自动化的一些想法,并对吊卡未来的发展做了一些展望。

Abstract:In the drilling and repairing well process,the lifting tubing work requires the longest time,and the main tool of lifting tubing is the string elevator.Therefore,it is very important to improve the degree of automation elevator for improving efficiency of repairing work and reducing work costs.From the perspective of oil field repairing work,this article introduces the status of current development of elevator,proposes some ideas for improving the elevator operations and the automation process and makes some future development prospects.
