| Abstract: | Taking tobacco companies in W city as examples,based on the theoretical models of performance index system,from the angle of stakeholders,this paper established double performance evaluation index system,and revealed the process,the difficulty,and the method of performance evaluation system of tobacco companies,providing reference for other tobacco companies. |
