浅析艺术设计职业教育的教学现状与改革

近年来,我国的高等职业艺术院校发展很快,每年都有很多的艺术设计专业毕业生走向社会并占有较大的市场需求量。但同时伴随而来的是职业艺术设计教育在人才培养模式中的弊端,日显峥嵘。比如思维定势、生源质量差、与实际脱节等问题等等,如何使设计教学模式上更加趋于合理?这涉及到设计教育体制问题,是一个庞大而复杂的工作,任重而道远。针对这些问题笔者提出了一些建议,例如社会调研;确定能力指标和技能指标;专业和课程的设计;教学方法的改善;师资队伍额的建设等方面进行改善等方面进行改善,从而使我国的艺术设计职业教育不断的向着更好的方向发展。

Teaching Status and Reform of Vocational Education of Art Design

In recent years, higher vocational art colleges develop quickly in our country, and there are many art design graduates entering society every year and occupying larger market demand. But at the same time, the shortcomings of talents training mode of professional art design education appeared outstanding day by day, such as fixed thinking, the students＂ quality is poor, disconnection with the actual situation and so on. How to make design teaching model to be more reasonable？ This involves the issue of design education system. It is a large and complex job. There is a grand task to perform and a long way to go. To solve these problems, the author puts forward some suggestions such as social investigation, determining the capacity index and skill index, the design of professions and courses, the improvement of teaching methods, the construction of teachers＂ team to improve vocational art design education constantly to develop toward better direction.
