中国农业保险发展分析与实证检验

我国的农业保险自恢复试办以来一直处于探索状态,始终没有形成较完善的农业保险市场。农业生产风险高,赔付率居高不下,进而保费也比其他种类保险高出很多,造成农业保险供给、需求均不足的局面。针对农业保险市场的失灵问题,从需求角度对影响保险需求的一些要素——农民收入、受灾情况、教育程度等进行实证分析,对解决当前农业保险的局面提出了建议。

Empirical Study on the Situation of Agricultural Insurance's Development in China

Since the beginning of agriculture in china,we have been always search for a better way,while,there still no formation of a perfect agriculture market,the exposure of agriculture is so high,and the insurance companies have to pay large amount of money to compensate the loss of farmers,hence,the fee of agriculture is higher than other kind of insurance,then lead to a lack of both demand and supply in agriculture insurance market,as far as the imperfect of the agriculture market concerned,I will analyze some factors that influence the demand of agriculture insurance,such as the income of the farmers,the disaster situation,and the education of the farmer,also,come up some advice at the end.
