浅析民营企业融资的制约因素及对策

随着中国经济的高速发展,民营企业已经成为国民经济的重要组成部分。民营企业在迅速发展的同时也遇到许多问题,其中特别突出的问题是融资困难。民营企业自身现代企业制度不规范、信息不透明、政策法规环境不尽完善、所有制歧视、较大的税外费用负担等共同造成民营企业融资难题。针对这一难题,本文从企业内外两个方面着手,提出了解决对策。

Financing Constraints of Private Enterprise and Countermeasures

With the rapid economic development of China,private enterprises have become an important part of the national economy.There are many problems during the development of private enterprises,especially the financing difficulties.Private enterprise itself has not founded modern enterprise system.They also have opaque information and poor power at the same time.The difficult environment,ownership discrimination and the larger finance burden lead to private enterprises financing problem.To resolve this problem,we should also take measures from both internal and external aspects.
