| 摘 要： | 本文以回转体类零件的数控加工为例,完整的给出了零件的数控加工工艺过程。先分析零件的工艺性特点,依据特点设计工艺路线,再对于每一步工序进行设计,最后编制工艺规程文件,来指导零件的实际加工。而在进行实际加工之前,再借助于仿真模拟,可以保证零件的加工更加准确。

| Abstract: | The article has given the parts' CNC process completely,by rotary part's NC machining.It analyzes the part's processing characteristic,designs CNC machining processing path,and then designs each step's process,finally establishes the technological process document,to guide the part's actual processing.Also simulation can make the processing more accurate before processing. |
