| 摘 要： | 建设一支高质量的"双师型"教师队伍,是职业教育师资队伍形成自身优势和特色的有效途径,是职业教育发展的重要保证。针对目前"双师型"教师结构队伍建设的严峻现实和问题,提出以校企合作为核心"双师型"教师的有效培养途径与模式。

| Abstract: | Building a high quality double qualified teachers is an effective way that the vocational education teacher team forms their own advantages and characteristics, also the important guarantee of vocational education development. In view of the harsh reality and problems of present double qualified teachers structure team construction,effective training methods and pattern which takes school-enterprise cooperation as the core double qualified teachers was put forward. |
