| 摘 要： | 本文说明了一套完整的在实施"分方向"、"小班化"教学模式过程中的实施途径和具体实施细节,该教学模式具有较好的实用性,但在实际操作过程中与现行教学管理和学生管理模式存在矛盾,需要增加大量的具体工作,本文所介绍的方法适合于在专业群中推广使用"分方向"、"小班化"教学模式。
