| 摘 要： | 高等教育必须走内涵式发展的道路,而高等教育质量的提高是内涵式发展的核心。分析了新时期的高等教育质量观和传统的高等教育质量管理模式,认为高等教育的内涵建设应构建多维系统平衡型质量管理模式,提出了构建该模式的主要策略。

| Abstract: | Higher education must take the connotation development road,and improving the quality is the core of content development.This paper analyzes the quality concept of higher education in the new era,and the traditional model of higher education,and means that it should build multi-dimensional system model of the quality management for the higher education connotation building,and proposes the main strategy for building the model. |
