| 摘 要： | 电子商务的广泛应用,促进了物流业的蓬勃发展。随着市场竞争日趋激烈,企业需要进一步降低成本,增加顾客满意度;另外,随着人民生活水平的提高,环保意识也不断增强。以上问题,使得现代物流中的逆向物流价值逐步显现出来。本文从逆向物流类别、特点出发,分析了逆向物流的发展原因、发展障碍,并展望了逆向物流的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Application of electronic commerce promotes logistics′development. With the market competition′s enhance, corporations need decrease their costs and increase consumers′satisfaction. Besides, people think they must protect their environment. These problem make the reverse logistics′value exposed in modern logistics. This paper analyses the sources, the problems and the future in the reverse logistics′development. |
