摘    要:为了使三相交流异步电动机的无极调速达到工作可靠、降低成本的目的,文章以所研究的恒压自动供水系统为例提出了应用MCS-51单片机控制专用集成电路芯片SA4828产生SPWM波的原理,并进行了单片机控制电机变频调速装置实现电机无极调速的硬件设计与软件设计,通过实验与实践,该方案切实可行,为实现单片机控制交流电动机无极调速提供了很好的实施方案。

Frequency Control Device Design of AC Induction Motor Based on Single-chip Control

Abstract:In order to ensure the reliable operation and reduce the cost of stepless speed regulation of three-phase AC induction motor,by taking the automatic constant pressure water supply system as an example, the article presents the principle of generating SPWM wave of IC chip SA4828 controlled by MCS-51 single-chip, and designs the hardware and software of stepless speed regulation of motor frequency control device controlled by single-chip. Through experiment and practice, the program is feasible and provides a good implementation solution for achieving stepless speed regulation of AC motor controlled by single-chip.
