| 摘 要： | 政府投资项目中,建设单位通过设计阶段的有效管理可以实现项目在投资、进度、质量方面的全面控制,从而保障整个建设项目的合理性、适用性和经济性。本文从投资、进度、质量三方面按照主要控制节点分析了控制管理办法。
