穿越军事设施浅埋隧道微振爆破施工技术

摘    要:采取微振爆破技术施工的浅埋山岭隧道关键问题之一是如何保证整个工程施工的安全与进度,尤其是当浅埋山岭隧道穿越军事设施就对微振爆破施工又提出了更高的要求,如何在控制爆破安全振速的前提下达到理想的爆破效果是隧道施工需要解决的重要课题。结合工程实例,从爆破参数的选取、设计及监测等方面的控制,并不断进行方案优化,最终提出了安全有效的设计方案和施工方法,总结了成功的经验与体会,取得了良好的效果,对类似工程的建设具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:One of the key problems in the micro vibration blasting technology construction of shallow buried mountain tunnel is to ensure the safety and progress of the whole project construction, especially when the shallow buried mountain tunnel cross militaryinstallations, which raises higher request on micro vibration blasting construction. It is an important issue for tunnel construction to achieve the ideal blasting effect under the premise of controlling the blasting vibration safety speed. Combined with engineering examples, from theselection of blasting parameters, the control of design and monitoring, etc, and constant scheme optimization, finally the safe and effective design scheme and construction method are put forward, the successful experience is summarized, and good effect is achieved. It is of certain referential value for construction of similar projects.
