| 摘 要： | 建设工程中的造价控制在控制建设工程投资上有重要的意义。笔者结合建设工程造价的特点,针对我国建设工程造价的现状进行了分析,提出了建设工程造价控制的有效措施,以充分发挥建设工程的经济效益。
