| Abstract: | At the present stage, the practical capability of the graduates who are cultivated in domestic colleges and universities is not strong generally, and they can＇t be competent for the position of the human resource management timely and efficiently, which contributes to the educated talents coming apart with the social demand seriously. Aiming at the current status, the author makes analysis and discussion about the problems which emerges from the education of human resource management talent. |
