摘    要:客户经理是烟草企业营销活动的主体,并且是连接企业和零售户的桥梁,其素质和能力的高低直接决定着烟草企业的发展潜力,这就对客户经理能力提出了较高的要求。本文先分析了烟草企业客户经理能力的内涵,着重介绍了烟草客户经理必备的能力素质。只有不断提升自身能力,才能更好的进行客户关系管理维护、品牌培育和需求预测。

Abstract:The client manager is the subject of marketing activities in tobacco industry, and is the bridge between enterprises and retailers, whose quality and ability directly determines the level of development potential of tobacco enterprises. Thus there is a high demand for the ability of tobacco client manager. This paper firstly analyzes the connotation of client manager ability of tobacco enterprises, and then mainly introduces the essential ability and quality of tobacco client manager. Only continuously upgrade client manager's capabilities, can better achieve the customer relationship management, brand development and demand forecast.
