| 摘 要： | 围绕国内四个发达省份的科技投入规模和结构,分析这些发达省份科技投入方面的基本现状,并指出:随着发达省份逐步进入工业化后阶段,增强财政科技投入的引导作用、鼓励企业加大研发力度、建立全社会多元化科技投入体系,对于发达省份具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Around the scale and structure, some current situation about the investment in science and technology of four developed provinces was analyzed. It was indicated that as these developed provinces entered the post industrialization stage, we should value the importance of enhancing the guide of government investment in science and technology、encouraging enterprises to improve R＆amp;D intense ＆amp;building up a diversified system of investment in science and technology. |
