| Abstract: | The activity of ＂family of teachers＂ is developed and created around the center service overall situation in the new period, in accordance with： home with organization, home with democracy, home with innovation, home with activities, and home with warmth. It is the effective form to enhance the vitality of the basic level trade union, and improve the overall level of basic level trade union work, which plays an important role in coordinating labor relations, arousing the enthusiasm of the staff, and promoting education reform and development. |
