| 摘 要： | 在当前的宿舍管理模式下,以后勤管理部门为主的宿舍管理部门缺乏和住宿学生进行有效沟通的平台,宿舍物业管理部门不能及时准确的掌握学生宿舍的最新动态信息,没有有效的信息化管理和沟通,就不能深入了解大学生的实际需求,不能向学生提供切实有效的服务。针对当前高校宿舍物业管理工作中存在的问题,我们应当进一步加强和改进相关的对策。

| Abstract: | In the current dormitory management mode,dormitory management sector of logistical management is lack of effective communication platform with the students,and the hostel management sector cannot timely and accurately grasp the latest information in the student hostel.If there is no effective information management and communication,it cannot in-depth understand the actual demand of students,and unable to provide effective services to students.For current problems of dormitory management in colleges and universities,we should further strengthen and improve the relevant measures. |
