| Abstract: | In the 21st century,we advocate quality education.Quality education requires teachers to face all students,asking opportunities for each student＇s own development.However,in higher vocational colleges,the students are mostly new mankind which are after 1980s or 1990s,with different qualities and mentalities,so,it is particularly important that vocational teachers improve the teaching quality to promote students＇ individual development. |
