民办高校师生关系问题研究

教育行业的兴起,伴随而来的则是师生关系问题的产生。而在民办高校的存在和壮大这个时期,师生关系是否和谐,直接影响学生的成长,以及与学校的发展的关系都将成为一个新的课题。因此,为了形成良好的大学氛围、促进大学生顺利完成学业,就需要发展具有十分重要的理论和实践相结合。本文通过论述了师生关系的含义和特点,来分析当前民办高校师生之间关系现状和存在的问题,最后提出如何改进的对策。

Problems of Teacher-student Relationship in Private Universities

With the rise of education industry, the problems of teacher-student relationship appeared. In this period that the existence and growth of private universities, whether teacher-student relationship is harmonious will directly affect the growth of students, as well as become a new topic with universities development relationship. Therefore, in order to form a good university environment, promote college students successfully complete their education, the combination of important theory and practice must be developed. Through discussing the meaning and characteristics of teacher-student relationship, this paper analyzes the situations and problems of teacher-student relationship in current private universities, finally proposes improvement measures.
