摘    要:充氮气欠平衡钻井防漏技术适应于低压低渗透储层和开发后期压力枯竭储层、不同压力体系的储层、裂缝油气藏或是曾经发生钻井液只进不返大漏地层和压差卡钻等需要钻穿复杂层的地区。充氮气欠平衡钻完井目前主要应用于低压、低饱和、低渗透率油层(油气藏),采用此技术可以有效的解决钻井过程中的恶性井漏,压差卡钻、钻井速度慢等技术性难题,能在钻进油气层井段时,及时做到保护油气层,提高油井单井产量具有显著效果,并可提高机械转速5~10倍;目前该技术广泛应用于油气钻井作业当中,具有很大的发展前景。

Abstract:Nitrogen filled underbalanced drilling leakproof technology is suitable for the area needing to drill through the complex reservoir, such as, low pressure and low permeability reservoirs and late development pressure depleted reservoir, reservoirs with different pressure system, fractured reservoirs or the large drain reservoir happened drilling fluid only entering not back and differential pressure sticking, and so on. Nitrogen filled underbalanced drilling well completed is mainly applied to the reservoir with low voltage, low saturation and low permeability. This technology can effectively solve the malignant well leakage, differential pressure sticking, slow drilling speed and other technical difficulties in drilling process, can protect oil gas reservoir in time when drilling to the oil and gas well segment, and has a significant effect of increasing oil well production, and can improve the mechanical speed by 5-10 times; in the current this technique is applied to oil and gas drilling operation, and has great prospects for development.
