催化剂制备方法和反应条件对CO偶联合成草酸二甲酯反应性能的影响

摘    要:采用络合物与Pd形成配体的方式和碱溶液与Pd形成沉淀的方式考察组分的添加方式的影响,考察了反应温度和原料气配比对CO偶联合成草酸二甲酯催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,用碱洗的方式能够提高催化剂的反应性能,原料气配比对催化剂性能影响较大。在反应温度140℃,CO与亚硝酸甲酯的比例为1.25条件下,草酸二甲酯的收率可以达到1.13 g/mL.h。

Abstract:The preparation method of catalyst was studied by dispersion lad with β-cyclodextrin and precipitation Pd with sodium bicarbonate. The effects of reaction temperature and the feed ratio on the CO coupling synthesis of dimethyl oxalate from carbon monoxide and methyl nitrite were investigated. The results showed that precipitation Pd with sodium bicarbonate enhanced the catalytic performance, and the feed ratio inflicted great influence on the catalytic performance. The yield of dimethyl oxalate was as high as 1.13 g/mL.h at the condition that reaction temperature is 140℃, the ratio of CO to methyl nitrite is 1.25.
