基于POE研究法的城市滨水景观综合评价技术框架构建研究

随着城市建设的快速发展,市民对城市景观的要求逐步提高,其中,城市滨水景观在城市规划、功能分区、园林绿化中扮演了越来越重要的作用,传统的城市滨水景观的评价基于影像分析、使用情况分析等简单的方法,本文创新性的提出在城市滨水景观评价中运用POE评估,分析了使用POE评估的优势、特点、运用前景,构建了城市滨水景观综合评价的框架。

Construction of Comprehensive Evaluation Technical Framework of Urban Waterfront Landscape Based on POE Research Method

With the rapid development of urban construction, citizens＆#39; demands for urban landscape is gradually increasing. Among them, urban waterfront landscape is playing more and more important role on city planning, function division and landscaping. The traditional urban waterfront landscape evaluation is based on image analysis, usage analysis and other simple methods. This article introduces that using POE evaluation in urban waterfront landscape evaluation, analyzes its advantages, features and use prospects, and builds the framework of urban waterfront landscape comprehensive evaluation.
